- ➤ Montgomery County police identified Scott Adkins, 30, of Germantown as the man who died Wednesday morning when his Ford Fusion collided with a Kenworth semi-trailer at the intersection of Darnestown and Cattail roads near farms—responders arrived around 11:30 a.m. and one passenger suffered critical but non-life-threatening injuries while the truck driver remained uninjured.
