What We’ll Make

• Fig Leaf Syrup: Sweet and unusual, made from our farm’s fig leaves with a hint of coconut and vanilla.

• Maple Bacon Bourbon Jam: Smoky, sweet, and savory. Great on appetizer boards, sandwiches, and pizza.

• Herbed Maldon Salt: A crunchy finishing salt packed with our own farm herbs.

• Signature Housemade Granola: Toasty, crunchy, and always a crowd favorite.

• Homemade Boursin Style Cheese: Creamy and rich, with garlic and fresh herbs from our greenhouse garden.
