- ➤ The Middlebrook Manor South HOA in Germantown has fined the Salgado family $50 per day—totaling at least $650—for their Christmas lights and decorations that allegedly breach nuisance rules even though the display remains within their property. Neighbors with similar setups were not fined, and a local attorney said the board must enforce the rules fairly. WJLA
