- ➤ After a car accident on November 12th, 2018 left Kitti Tong in a coma while crossing a Rockville street, her co-worker Regina Richardson stepped in as caregiver and supported her through brain surgeries and therapy. Over the years, Richardson has helped Tong regain speech and mobility, and on Wednesday night the pair marked the seven-year anniversary of the crash with a dinner celebration that highlights their strong bond.
