- ➤ MCPS is investigating a senior class T-shirt with a racial slur that was given out at Sherwood High in Sandy Spring on October 17—officials have asked students to return the shirts and will provide new ones along with counseling and listening circles. - ➤ Organizers plan No Kings protests across Montgomery County today— a rally in North Bethesda is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Rockville Pike and Tuckerman Lane. - ➤ Dr. Jennifer Gourdin, a sports medicine physician at Kaiser Permanente in Silver Spring, said that staying active with walking, stretching and core exercises can ease chronic low back pain and prevent disability.
