- ➤ The Montgomery County Police arrested 20-year-old Jhony Steve Rosales Castillo and 18-year-old Juan Carlos Gutierrez-Hernandez after evidence linked them to the fatal Sept. 6 shooting of 17-year-old Charly Blayner Vail Lucas and the Aug. 19 homicide of 17-year-old Jaril Verde Murillo in Silver Spring—both now face charges including first-degree murder, attempted murder and firearm possession violations. - ➤ Montgomery County Police were sent at 9:46 p.m. Sept. 5 to the 700 block of Langley Place in Gaithersburg when two men were shot—officials reported that both men were injured and the investigation remains active. FOX 5 DC
