CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Bethesda-based doctor Anissa Maroof pleaded guilty to distributing and dispensing controlled substances and was sentenced on August 27th to 15 months in prison—she will also serve two years of supervised release, with the first nine months under home detention. MoCo360
- ➤ A Frederick man found guilty of hitting Sgt. Patrick Kepp on I-270 in a 2023 crash faced sentencing Wednesday morning in Rockville and may get up to 28 years and 120 days in prison. MoCo360
- ➤ Raphael Mayorga was sentenced to 22 years and 60 days in prison after being found guilty of 13 charges linked to his October crash on I-270 that struck Sgt. Patrick Kepp, who lost both legs.
