- ➤ Montgomery County officials charged former boyfriend Kenneth Burnell Wonsom—also known as Amir Jalil Ali—with first-degree murder in the 1995 killing of D.C. officer Denna Fredericka Campbell after her body was found in her Silver Spring home, and authorities released more details at a Wednesday news conference in Gaithersburg.
