- ➤ On July 22, a Gaithersburg seller met a buyer through Facebook Marketplace when two teenagers with a handgun forced him to drop the keys to his BMW—three men (Kendric Rock, Julian Chase Rose, and Prince Chukang) were arrested shortly after, and police recovered a gun and ammunition as they charged the suspects with attempted carjacking and firearm offenses. - ➤ On Tuesday, July 29, Montgomery County Police arrested three men for an attempted carjacking after an online sale when 18-year-old Julian Chase Rose from Beltsville and 19-year-old Prince Chukang from Silver Spring threatened a Gaithersburg seller with a handgun and 20-year-old Kendric Rock from Silver Spring fled in a stolen Infiniti Q50—officers recovered firearms and ammunition from the suspects.
