- ➤ Neighbors Barista will open its first brick-and-mortar shop at 1101 Nelson St. in early August—co-owners Spencer Trach and Lulu Parajuli are finalizing inspections in Rockville and will offer coffee, baked goods and pastries from Fresh Baguette while hosting community events. - ➤ Charles W. Woodward High School in Rockville will begin its final construction phase as Hess Construction starts a $25.4 million contract to complete the auditorium and science labs—marking the over $180 million project’s final step.
