- ➤ Timothy Pack, 22, from Virginia pleaded guilty to gross negligent manslaughter and was sentenced to over 20 years in prison for a fatal high-speed crash on April 27 on Route 355 near the Federal Plaza Shopping Center in Montgomery County—he drove over 100 MPH in his Dodge Charger when he struck and killed 25-year-old Jasmine Ashley Gimon and injured his passenger.
