- ➤ Guy Tyrell Johnson, 42, was arrested Thursday in Washington, D.C. and now faces a second-degree murder charge for fatally stabbing 31-year-old Emmanuel Bisudu Sesay near the White Oak Shopping Center on May 15 after a physical altercation at about 10:30 p.m.—he is awaiting extradition to Montgomery County.
