- ➤ MCPS veteran Micah Wiggins was appointed as the new principal of Sherwood High School in Sandy Spring and will start on July 1. The board also named principals for Spark M. Matsunaga Elementary and Burnt Mills Elementary Schools. MoCo360
- ➤ Wood Acres Elementary School held Space Night as part of its astronomy program where students learned about constellations, planets, and space exploration in a hands-on planetarium setting. - ➤ Montgomery County Board of Education is seeking applicants for a vacancy on its five-member Ethics Panel with a three-year term starting July 1.
