- ➤ The Montgomery County Planning Board will consider designating the Romeo and Elsie Horad House in Wheaton and Timberlawn in Rockville as historic sites on Thursday—staff recommend listing the properties in the Master Plan for Historic Preservation because they reflect key contributions to Black heritage and disability advocacy.
