- ➤ Students at Rock Terrace School explored future careers during Career Day, where community professionals shared work experiences (including volunteer and paid roles) in fields such as transportation, education, and animal care. - ➤ MCPS Superintendent Dr. Thomas Taylor warned Tuesday that proposed $30 million to $90 million cuts could eliminate about 100 positions per $10 million (a reduction not seen in decades) and impact student support services.
