- ➤ Montgomery County Public Schools is celebrating National Physical Education and Sport Week at MLK Middle School by offering the Riding for Focus program — an initiative that teaches students cycling skills, endurance, and confidence using heart rate monitors — and helps them practice essential riding techniques. - ➤ Montgomery Blair High School teacher Michelle Elie was named Teacher of the Year 2026 by Montgomery Public Schools this week.
