- ➤ Atmosphere Data Centers has applied to build a campus of five data center buildings on 110 acres at the former Dickerson coal plant site along Martinsburg Road; Montgomery Planning will review the application with permit decisions expected by July (the project will use 69,300 gallons a day for cooling).
