Montgomery County DOT will close Silver Spring’s Wayne Avenue bus stop for two weeks starting Tuesday, and Rockville’s X-energy won federal approval to produce fuel for its small nuclear reactors with plans to go public soon. - ➤ Micah Greenblatt, inspired by a conversation at a Bethesda Starbucks, began collecting socks at age eight to help a local man in need.
