- ➤ Rockville’s Rachel Needle hosts monthly bingo nights at Pinstripes in North Bethesda, where local business leaders & co-hosts choose a nonprofit beneficiary each month. The event is today from 5 to 8 p.m. with Rainbow Place as the featured charity. MoCo360

- ➤ Rockville parents and community leaders are concerned that MCPS boundary changes for Woodward High and nearby schools may lead to overcrowding and unequal opportunities; the school board will vote on the proposals March 26 (which could alter local attendance zones). MoCo360
- ➤ Montgomery County Public Schools honored high school artists at a reception for the AED Art Contest and Scholarship last month, naming Aubryn Darrington, Daniel Devasahayam, and Alexis Penn as winners. - ➤ Montgomery County Public Schools and SEIU Local 500 launched the Support Services Excellence Award to honor full-time support employees who show dedication at schools, offices, bus depots, warehouses and service centers. - ➤ Local drivers expecting a spring opening of the rebuilt Spring Street Bridge near downtown Silver Spring must wait until summer as winter weather and coordination challenges delayed progress (Purple Line officials say work continues). - ➤ Montgomery County Board of Elections is seeking high school students to serve as election workers for the upcoming 2026 Gubernatorial Primary Election.
