- ➤ Students returned to class Wednesday after nearly a week off due to a heavy snowstorm that dropped 5 to 12 inches and delayed campus cleanups. - ➤ Montgomery County Public Schools are celebrating Black History Month by honoring local heritage at Scotland A.M.E. Zion Church in Potomac, a historic site built by freed slaves in 1924.
