- ➤ Crews diverted tens of millions of gallons of sewage that spilled from a broken 6-foot pipe near Clara Barton Parkway in Montgomery County on Tuesday, Jan. 20, while D.C. Water warned residents to avoid contact with the contaminated water. WJLA
