  • Pepco is working with The Salvation Army to add $1.5 million to its Customer Relief Fund so local limited-income and moderate-income customers can receive up to $300 for winter electric bills.   • Immigration attorney Ava Benach advises that U.S. citizens are not required to show ID when stopped on the street. She recommends carrying a U.S. passport (the most standardized proof of citizenship) over a birth certificate.  WTOP
