- ➤ Starting Jan. 11, most Montgomery County Public Libraries will be closed on Sundays except for nine branches including Rockville Memorial Library — a change made due to limited staffing; patrons can still use free copier services for up to 15 printed pages. WTOP

- ➤ The American Red Cross is urging blood donors this January to enter a drawing for two Super Bowl LX tickets + travel package, with the game scheduled for Feb. 8 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara. WTOP
