About this event
Students will learn how to set up the equipment and gain an understanding of the fundamental movements of the GYROTONIC® expansion system. This class is designed for: *people new to the GYROTONIC® method *people who have some experience with GYROTONIC® exercise but require support setting up pulley tower and other specialty units. *clients transitioning out of physical therapy but seek an effective, safe, and highly adaptable exercise
