Pup Dog is a back-to-basics class (because we're just pups ready to become big dogs!) designed to slow down your practice, refine your breath, identify the foundations, and enhance your experience. If you are a beginner, or an experienced yogi wanting to refine your practice, this is the class for you! The studio is a comfortable 70-75 degrees Fahrenheit.
