Journey to the Light

You are warmly invited to a four-week Advent retreat — a sacred journey of prayer, reflection, and spiritual renewal as we prepare our hearts to welcome Jesus at Christmas. We will deepen our relationship with God by finding hope in Christ, discovering the peace of God’s presence, rejoicing in God’s promises, and opening our hearts to God’s transforming love. Let us take a step away from the busyness of daily life and journey together toward the mystery of the incarnation, making room for Christ to dwell within us. Come and prepare your heart to receive the greatest gift of all — Jesus, Emmanuel, God with us! Guided by Sr. Ji Choi, CBS.

This is a 4-week program that meets on the following Mondays from 7:00-8:30pm in person at the Retreat Center:

Participants are encouraged to attend all four sessions. You need only complete the one registration form below.

Sister Ji Choi is a Sister of Bon Secours. She is a trained spiritual director and offers spiritual ministry such as retreats, small groups, and faith formation in local parishes. She earned a Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies at Catholic Theological Union and completed Spiritual Direction training and an internship at the Claret Center in Chicago, IL. She accompanies others’ spiritual journeys by empathetic listening and being present in the journey of discovering their true self through spiritual direction and faith sharing.
