About this event
After you’ve completed your Lyra Foundations continue with Mixed Level Lyra. Each class consists of a warm up, strength/conditioning, and shapes/transitions on the hoop. Then students have the opportunity to see how these shapes and transitions start to create a flow or sequence. Each class ends with a cool down. Modifications and progressions are offered throughout, allowing you to tailor movement pathways to your level while continuing to grow safely and confidently. Prerequisite: Lyra Foundations
