About this event
45 minute class combining elements of yoga sculpt and barre. Class will begin with simple stretches that transition into movements designed to build heat, strengthen the core, and enhance mobility. Areas of emphasis include sun salutations, sculpting of arms and legs, abdominal focus, and balance work. Class may be done with bodyweight or include equipment such as light weights, resistance bands, and sliders.
