About this event
This advanced technique class is designed for experienced dancers ready to elevate the power, precision, and artistry of their jumps, leaps, kicks, and turns. Focused stretching, strengthening, and conditioning exercises will support greater flexibility, control, elevation, and endurance. Challenging across-the-floor progressions and dynamic combinations will connect advanced technical skills while emphasizing clean execution, seamless transitions, and confident performance quality. Attire: Form-fitting dancewear is required. Jazz shoes, lyrical shoes, dance paws, or going barefoot are recommended. No sneakers.
