MKM Annual General Body Meeting (AGBM) 2026

Celebrating 51 years of MKM , including our Gauravshali Sohala , has made this a year to remember. EC 2026 introduced many new initiatives across our programs, bringing our community closer and enriching our celebrations.

We would love to hear your feedback in person —your experiences, thoughts on our work, and suggestions for the future.

At the AGBM, EC 2026 will also propose initiatives to support our community in meaningful ways , helping one another beyond our cultural celebrations.

This meeting is open to MKM members only and will be held in person.

No Zoom link or virtual attendance option will be provided.

Call for Motions

Members wishing to propose a motion for discussion or decision must submit it through the AGBM Motion Form 2026 .

Submission Deadline: Saturday, November 14, 2026, at 11:30 PM EST

The motion submission link will be shared by email with registered MKM members.

Motion Submission Rules

• Only current MKM members may submit motions.

• Submit one motion per form.

• Submit all motions by November 14, 2026, at 11:30 PM EST .

• Clearly state the proposed motion, its purpose, and relevant supporting details.

• All submitted motions will be reviewed for inclusion in the agenda.

• Late submissions will not be accepted.

• No motions will be allowed from the floor during the AGBM.
