Opera: Così fan Tutte, November 14 2026 at St. David's Episcopal Church, 7:00PM

About this event

Dive into the wit and wonder of human comedy with "MainStage Series: Così fan tutte" on November 14, 2026, at 7:00 PM. One night only, prepare to be swept away by Mozart's ingenious work, brought to life in a captivating semi-staged concert production. This exquisite presentation, accompanied by live orchestra, will delight families of all ages and is a great way to get to know one of the finest works in the operatic repertoire.

Two confident young soldiers wager that their fiancées could never be unfaithful — and to prove it, they disguise themselves and set out to woo each other's bride. What follows is Mozart's wickedly funny, achingly beautiful meditation on love, loyalty, and the games we play with the heart. Così fan tutte ("So do they all") sparkles with some of the most gorgeous ensembles ever written, wrapping its sly comedy around music of startling tenderness. By the final curtain, no one is quite who they thought they were — and everyone has learned that the heart is far more complicated than any bet can settle.
