About this event
Rhythm, Percussion, Syncopation! These are elements of Tap; a form of dance that crosses into both street and stage venues. Tap is a genre of movement that can be executed both with and without music and has been seen throughout history from the Vaudeville stage to street corners to Broadway ! In this Beginner-level class for students, you will learn the fundamentals: Basic rhythm, stomps, flaps, shuffles, digs, center and across the floor combinations, and more. Please note that this class is open to adult in addition to this youth group.
