About this event
In this hybrid class the student will deepen his or her knowledge of all Pilates Mat exercises as well as learn the highest-level work. This class is physically demanding and invigorating. Students enrolling in this class should be familiar with all Level 3 exercises. Teacher permission required. MAT CLASSES: If you need to make-up a missed class, you may reschedule the class in the same level or lower based on availability. Cancellations not made at least 12 hours in advance will be ineligible for a make-up. Sign-up: Latest sign-up is 1 hour before scheduled class.
