About this event
Deepen knowledge in the "gentle way". These session focus on the development of advanced jiu-jitsu strategies that build upon a solid technical foundation in the art. The skilled student will further discover new techniques to "pass guard", "sweep opponents", and many other versatile methods that lead to an ever expanding repetoire of match ending/life saving finishing holds (submissions). Attire : Jiu-Jitsu Gi Experience Level : 2 Stripe White Belt with at least 6 Months of Training.
