About this event

This foundation-focused class breaks down and expands on the grooves and vocabulary found in commercial-based choreography. The progression and drills style training is designed to strengthen the versatility and understanding of street and club styles movement, build confidence in individual freestyle and creativity, condition the body to proper postures, and refine executions of texture dynamics. Prerequisites: This class is recommended for students concurrently enrolled in at least 2 hours of Hip Hop Hop choreography class per week, and is required for all Hip Hop competition team members. For B2D team dancers: This class is ideal for members of teams BETA, THEO, and DELTA, and/or students with 4+ years of experience.
