Through fun games, and age-appropriate martial arts activities young students will develop fundamental movement skills while learning basic punches, kicks, balance, and coordination. Our experienced instructors create a positive and supportive environment that helps children build confidence, listening skills, focus, and respect. Classes emphasize teamwork, following directions, and having fun while staying active. Whether it's their first martial arts experience or they're ready to explore a new activity, our Minnows class provides a safe and engaging introduction to Muay Thai.
