(Dupont) Basic Flow + Yin/Restorative @ 1605 Connecticut Ave NW 2nd Fl Please arrive at least five minutes before class as we lock doors at the start of class for security. If you need our support please text 202-265-YOGA. This is a welcoming class featuring a few sun salutations and standing yoga poses to help you warm up. Then you'll rest and release in deep stretching poses from either yin or restorative yoga styles. Class ends with a soothing relaxation and meditation.
