Working in DC? Get your miles in before you clock in!

We're bringing a little Waldorf Runners energy to the nation's capital with an early morning run around the National Mall. Designed with our Waldorf-to-DC commuters in mind, this informal meetup is a chance to squeeze in some miles, connect with fellow runners, and start the workday strong.

Meetup: Peace Monument. The Peace Monument is located at First Street and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, in Peace Circle on the western grounds of the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C

Takeoff: 6:30 AM SHARP

Distance: 4.33-mile loop around the National Mall

Target Pace: 11–12 min/mile

A few things to know:

This is a casual, self-guided meetup, not one of our regularly organized group runs. There will be no designated pacers or group leads.

The anticipated running pace is 11–12 min/mile, but all paces are welcome! Please understand that runners may spread out along the route, and the group will not necessarily stay together.

If you'd like a guaranteed pace partner, we encourage you to bring a friend or coordinate with another runner ahead of time.
