Developed by physical therapist Jonathan Hoffman, the CoreAlign is incredibly effective in improving posture, gait, balance and functional movement. It is also used in athlete training to increase strength, power and endurance. This is an intermediate class, please take 3-5 CoreAlign 1 classes as a prerequisite.
