About this event
This reformer group class is intended for students who are proficient with using the reformer and can safely transition and set up the apparatus with little assistance. The focus of this class is firmly rooted in the intermediate series of reformer exercises and begins preparations for the advanced system. Transitions and flow between exercises is emphasized more in this level than the level 1/2 reformer class.
