About this event
Discover martial arts in a welcoming environment. Our classes are designed to ensure your safety and well-being while teaching you the fundamentals. We aim to instill our core tenets of Courtesy, Integrity, Selt-Control, Perseverance, and Indomitable Spirit in every student. Our focus is on building self-confidence and physical skills in our students.
- Age-Appropriate Instruction: Our youth martial arts program is open to children aged three and up, with experienced instructors who are also early childhood educators. We aim to ensure our lessons are age-appropriate and build each student's fundamental martial arts skills.
- Family-Oriented: We encourage families to train together. Welcoming adults and seniors to join in.
Our approachable self-defense classes aim to build physical and mental self-defense skills required in dangerous situations. We welcome teens, adults, and seniors to learn how they can protect themselves.
- Awareness: We focus on increasing awareness of physical, mental, and emotional capabilities in dangerous situations.
- Empowerment: Empowerment and growing self-confidence are key outcomes for participants.
- Accessibility: We adapt lessons to each participants capabilities to ensure that each gains skills they can actually use, no matter who they are.
