This level of class is ideal for those who love to work hard and fuse Pilates with functional fitness techniques. The options and class formats are endless and effective bringing the basic Pilates principles to a whole other fitness level. - Clients must have prior Pilates reformer experience at our studio to attend this class. No pregnant clients allowed after 30 weeks. Thank you for your understanding.
